From City Floors to Global Stages

Twenty-two years of selling, building, and teaching what actually works.

Twenty-three years of selling, building and teaching what actually works.

In 2003, Richard was working 60-hour weeks in the City of London—selling digital products when most people barely understood the internet. Ten years of grinding in corporate sales. Deals with IBM, Siemens, Nokia, IATA and Sony. Consistently top five revenue generator. Quarter after quarter.

He converted millions in sales. But more importantly, he learned the psychology behind why people buy. Those years weren't just about hitting targets. They were about understanding buyer behavior, decision dynamics, and what actually moves someone from interest to commitment.

"Sales isn't about pitching. It's about positioning yourself like a doctor positions themselves with a patient. Authority. Compliance. Prescription."

Richard didn't just stay in sales. He built a number of businesses. Moore Fitness - a martial arts academy. EightStepStartup, built from interviews with professors at Harvard, Wharton and Yale. Entrepreneur Business Live, 43 events across London, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, and Melbourne, raising $10,000s for charity.

Then came LinkedIn. By 2018, Richard saw a pattern: coaches, consultants, and founders were creating content, getting engagement—likes, comments, shares—but no deals. They were building audiences, not businesses. Getting famous, not paid.

That frustration led to the Doctor Method™, the LinkedIn Client Accelerator™ and eventually Art of Sell™.

Not another program to watch. A place to execute. Two live sessions every week. Real deals. Real coaching. Real results.
